Your function

As a Functional Analyst within Vitalo, you will initially work on the roll-out of the existing ERP solution in our Belgian branch. This way you get to know the company, its employees and processes thoroughly. Afterwards, you will play an important role in the long-term strategy around our business processes and ERP/SAP and related software.

Job content

Analyzing the existing business processes and looking at how well they meet the needs of the organization.
You identify possible process improvements and work together with process owners, users and technical specialists to develop improvement proposals.
Implementing, testing and documenting the process improvements.
Training users in the new processes and offers them further support.

Your profile

You preferably have a Master’s degree in an economic or IT direction
There is a demonstrable and diversified experience in customizing an SAP system.
You are well acquainted with at least 2 of these SAP modules: SD, PP, QM, MM, WM, FI, CO.
Customer and team orientation are of paramount importance to you.
You are a generalist, who is only satisfied when the overall picture is right. You don’t shy away from leaving your own domain or comfort zone when looking for solutions.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
Your expertise and healthy persuasiveness enable you to take people in tow and successfully guide them through change processes.
